After seeking advice from the DCC regarding the cancellation email we are back on air.

The DCC chairman has advised me that the status of Closed refers to the DCC website administration and not the NoV. I quote.. 'If you still have the paperwork, then it doesn't make any difference what the web site status is.' I am therefore considering this an error by the DCC admin. So I am putting the gateway back on air as I do not have any paperwork to the contrary from the RA, and the DCC 'closed' email will be ignored. This does mean that the gateway is no longer listed on the DCC gateway list.
